Our customer service department has experience in construction and steel building erection. We know what it is like in the field. We understand the timeliness of your needs.

Oftentimes engineering and detailing questions arise during the planning process. The majority of questions can be readily answered through the experience of our customer service department. From time to time the engineer or detailer will be consulted before giving you the final answer - usually the same day.

When  you need quick solutions for a damaged piece or clarifications on drawings, you deserve and you get prompt courteous service.
